Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged through improper installation are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us before sending anything back.

Warranty vs Returns

Our products are also covered by a Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty claims are separate from returns and must follow the warranty process outlined on our website.
